I had the opportunity to collaborate with ESP, a Norwegian clothing manufacturer. Our task was to identify gaps in their business model where they could implement more sustainable practices and become a greener company. We proposed a solution that involved utilizing their available deadstock from production, as they mentioned a significant amount of material was being wasted.

Revaluing deadstock = A sustainable, circular business model for ESP, that reuses recourses that others see as waste.

We spent time gathering insights, mapping, and having discussions with the customer while presenting potential concepts throughout the process. We also explored similar solutions that could be adapted to their business model. It was important to ensure that our proposal was both realistic and feasible to implement. The illustration below shows an excerpt of what we delivered to ESP.
